"Ahuana" language of origin?

Hello, in the item filter list it was revealed that Ahuana is the name of the chieftain of the Ramako tribe. I noticed that Ahuana was also the name of the Vaal Architect of Ceremonies.

I was wondering whether Ahuana is Karui or Vaalish in origin. I would imagine it's Vaalish as they should have been before the Karui in terms of timelines, but not sure how the name was shared between the two languages.

If it was an accident, Ahuana as a Ramako chieftain was never teased in the trailers or in any in-game lore, so if it was a mistake probably changing it before league start is the best idea.
