Can we please get a way to make right-click move and attack without moving viable?

I was a League of Legends player before I played Path of Exile, and therefore use right-click to move with attacks on left-click. I recently learned you can toggle on attack without moving, and it felt amazing for about 10 seconds. I realized I couldn't pick up anything from the ground, activate waypoints or open "doors". After some research I learned the only way for me to continue with attack without moving with right-click move is to change my PC system settings to change my primary mouse button. However this changes the primary button on everything on my pc, which feels very confusing. Can we please get something to fix this, there has to be a better way than this right?

I would pay extra for this option, but for whatever reason, this is the only setting they won't let you change.

Same here, I've tried many times to use the right mouse button to attack with a guard skill on the left--but I just cannot play a fluid game that way. It's 10,000 times easier for me attack with the left mouse button & my index finger. So either I'm slower to react to everything because the attack is on the right button, or I lose the automation & defense because I want to play better using the left button to attack. Oh well throw it on the pile of everything else that's punishing about POE (& keeps getting worse).

Love the game, hate that they won't give us more QOL features.
