How does Ngamahu, Flame's Advance exactly work ?

All types of damages in the radiuses are converted to "Fire Damage" or if it's "Physical damage over time multiplier" for example, it converts to "Fire damage over time multiplier" ?

Exact wording:
 It requires the node to include "increased" or "reduced". "Damage over time multplier" does not include "increased" or "reduced" but "multiplier" instead. This should not work. |
