How does Overloaded Circuits interact with your own allocated notables?

Okay, so...doubles the cost of the map device, but gets you three random notables from the thing you pick.

Question 1: does it respect already allocated notables? That is, if I choose essence and already have "Prolific Essence" (your maps contain an additional essence monster) already allocated, will it be guaranteed to allocate the other three notables (15% chance for 3x additional essences, can't release corrupted/shrieking monsters are duplicated, +1 tier to your essences), or will it also have a chance to already allocate Prolific Essence AGAIN?

Question 2: if it can allocate a notable you already have, does this mean that notable will apply twice? That is, say I have prolific essence allocated and choose essence with overcharged circuits, and one of the three notables is Prolific Essence, does this mean that it applies the notable AGAIN? That is, would it be possible to raise essence tiers by TWO if amplified energies (+1 tier to essences in your maps) rolls twice?

Good answer:

Overcharged Circuits respects your already allocated notables and will only attempt to select unallocated notables, but notables allocated twice do not stack.

Great answer:

Overcharged Circuits does not respect already allocated notables but can apply the notables it rolls twice (I.E. +2 to essence tiers if it hits amplified energies)

Crappy answer:

Overcharged Circuits does NOT respect already allocated notables, AND doesn't apply allocated notables twice. So you just lose out because obviously. This means that Overcharged Circuits simply should be applied to Harbinger since Harbinger only has 3 notables, but that the staggering 12c price tag means you need to use a scarab and sextant as well to get the most juice from it.

Option 3, the crappy answer. Nothing on the keystone suggests that it would respect already allocated nodes which it usually has to specifically mention to work like that. Also notables do not stack anywhere else in the game.

I think Wandering Path is the main use case for this keystone. With Wandering Path, Harbinger is really good. Beyond might be decent also.

Edit: they updated the RAQ, Overloaded Circuits doesn't work with Wandering Path.
