Forged Frostbearers in Phantasmal Desecrate

Good morning! I was just trying to get confirmation as it seems in oversight someone left out whether Forged Frostbearers will be included in Phantasmal Desecrate in 3.22. Many minion players need this information as they are currently one of the only viable spectres for a pure spectre build.
