Can't buy points with Card nor PayPal (two people)

Hi,
Trying to buy points so I can get a free mystery box. Won't let me. Tried card and paypal, both won't work. I get this message: 3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support. Husband tried with card yesterday and was given this error message too. I am afraid for this particular error, the only way to resolve this is by talking to Xsolla directly.
If you still wish to make a purchase, you may be able to do so using either Steam Wallet, by logging into your account on the Steam version of the game or by purchasing "Nexon" cards. :) | |

For all the years I've bought points this has never been a problem. If I use the steam wallet with bought points still count towards the support packs? |
