Poe freezes up

Poe keeps Freezing on me through Steam, which I uninstalled, and now playing the game through the launcher. Yesterday it was running fine on the launcher now it just froze I can hear everything music or whatever in the Bg, but Windows itself not responding so Poe is frozen.
