Delete remove only stash tabs.

I have these tabs full of stuff I consider useless garbage. I remove like 3 items and still have about 40 in it. I don't want to remove all this crap, I just want to delete it. I want to be organized but I don't want to have to suffer to be organized anymore. Please help. Let me delete the map tab with literally 1000 maps in it that won't fit in my map tab in standard.....

PLEASE! I'm begging. I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to code? Probably. And I've spent plenty of money to ask for something that 1/2 the community would appreciate. RIGHT!? Right? Please....

Just make a stash tab folder in standard league and dump all of your remove-only tabs into it. Then you can go back in a few years and it'll be like when you clean out your attic because you're moving to a new house: "oh wow I remember these!"

You're correct that it wouldn't be hard to code. The problem is that if they implement this, no matter how many warning prompts you give, there will be people who delete all their stuff, immediately regret it, and then go complain to GGG support. This is an unfortunately necessary case of protecting players from themselves. I forget when they talked about it last, some Q&A video/interview a few years ago, I think.

You can simply hide the remove only tabs if too lazy to clean them up.....

I mean, they just add a promt with an option to "never remind me again" that says by checking this you understand that there is a possibility that you will do something stupid and we won't fix it. Problem solved, for them anyway. So you get 2 promt's unless you disable the initial promt with never remind me again, then you get just one. Ehh?

If you want to delete it why did you even pick it up?

Also there will never be a delete tab/tab contents button ever...players have proven time and again they can't be trusted with that sort of thing because they don't pay attention no matter what sort of warning they could put in place to make sure you are sure.
It's just not worth the hassle to give that to players, not when they'll be spamming support during their most busy periods (the lead up and few weeks after a league launch) queue time are already long enough.

If only the world worked that way... Unfortunately, the people who will complain to GGG about deleting their shit are the same people who will click a "don't remind me" box without reading it and will spam GGG support/forums regardless of fault. The world would be much more convenient with more warning labels and fewer redundant safety measures, but there's a reason that isn't the case. :/

You sound like the 90% that wouldn't mess up cause you'd read and understand. You should be trying to strongman the case for that button, not arguing against it to save the dummies. :)

I made a suggestion a while ago


Instead of adding tabs

Let us place specific stash object in the hideout

Example:

Crucible ends -> you get a Crucible Stash that you can place in your hideout, and you access your Crucible tabs when you open that specific stash


This adds ways to customize stashes based on the theme of the league, this adds a nice touch the to game and makes it easier to manage items, both for player and for server
