Running Shadow PC failing to connect to instances very often

I have played POE for a long time and this is my first time trying POE on a virtual computer.

The connection I have is actually pretty good compared to my regular computer.

The issue comes with loading a character and actually getting it into the game and also entering new zones. I have no lag spikes at all while playing once I get into an area.

I ran WinMTR while I was inside an instance but have no idea what any of the numbers mean.

I also contacted support for the virtual computer and waiting for them to get back to me.

I should mention I have been trying to figure things out for 2 days and tried everything that I could think of so far.

I've been trying to figure something out but have yet to find anything. Also the support for the virtual computer is extremely busy the last couple days so have had no reply yet.
