Cospri's Malice and Cooldown Reduction

Do Second Wind Support and Temporal Rift effect the cooldown on Cospri's Malice?
or do they only effect skills socketed in Cospri's Malace? (I wasn't sure if the added cooldown was treated as a skill or as an item attribute.)

Does The Flow Untethered and The Torrent's Reclamation still effect Cospri's cooldown? (I remeber they did when these items first were released.)

Second Wind support does not interact with it as the tooltip states "Cannot support triggered skills."

Temporal Rift works if used with anomalous quality. Do note that this is extremely inconsistant because you're very unlikely to optimize trigger rate/attack speed around it.

The Flow Untethered / The Torrent's Reclamation and any other source of "increased Cooldown Recovery Rate" from gear including jewels still works.

So the skill's default "(0-38)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate" and "Additional Effects per 1% Quality: 0.5% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate" don't affect Cospri's?

I am a bit confused as to why I would use anomalous, which only grants .25% as opposed to its default .5%?

Great. Thank you for confirming this. :)

The wording is a little funky but the cooldown recovery rate on the normal quality and from leveling is local to the gem itself but the 5% from the alt quality is global.
