How will Wandering Path interact with Overloaded Circuits?

Title, overloaded circuits picks 3 notables from the chosen mapcrafted league to count as allocated, wandering path states that notable atlas passive skills grant nothing.

Who wins?

Does overloaded circuits picks its data from a "clean" atlas or does it work like anointments where if the skill point is modified (in this case, the node grants nothing) that is also what is granted?

Thanks

There's no contradiction here. One of those gives you the notable, the other one makes the notables do nothing. So put them together and you are granted notables that do nothing.

No, it should not unpossess exiles. This also applies to the notable "Seance".

Why? - The keystone states "Tormented Spirits in your maps cannot possess monsters" but we do not have tormented spirits. The monsters or exiles are possessed without an interaction with tormented spirits since "possessed" is just a modifier.
