Moved from Win10 to Win 11 with same GPU-power-hungry results

Today I decided to remove Windows 10 and install Windows 11 to see if it would change the GPU-drain. Installed latest NVidia Drivers without any changes. It almost feels like it uses even more GPU than in Win10. Fans ramping up like my comuter is about to lift off.

Windows 11

I get the same numbers/results when I start the game, not logged in yet. Also tried to set the NVidia Shader Cache to "Unlimited", but same result. At times the CPU drags so much I can't do anything anymore for a couple of seconds.
