Guardian new "Unwavering Crusade" ascendancy node, no % chance on hitting unique enemies?

Lacking a reliable way to summon the new Elemental Relic while bossing will likely feel terrible, GGG has previously added on hit % chances to other minion abilities (Absolution, Dominating Blow, Herald of Purity), why is this being overlooked for the Ascendancy node?

If the Elemental Relic replaces the power the current Unwavering Crusade node brings to a Minion based Guardian build, please provide it with a reliable method of summoning into boss encounters, I don't want to have to bring 3 writhing jar flasks just to play my ascendancy to full effect.

What if they remove writhing jar for no reason. How is this going to work for bossing at all?
