Rate Limit while updating Email

Good Morning,

I downloaded the POE client directly so that I could stop using steam to launch the game. Less crashes. I quickly found help guides to update the primary email so that I would not lose progress. However in my attempted I accidentally set off the Rate Limit, and after 120s the error message prevents me from updating the game. Can you please assist me? Thank you for your time.

Just an update as I have a tech support person conversation via email.

Now its gone from 120s to

Rate limiting active. You must wait 3600 seconds.

It looks like it was increased from earlier this morning. Still cannot update my email.
