GeForce Now - 260ms ping outside of towns.

I am trying out PoE on GFNow, and I am having a weird issue. I am connected to EU Central servers in GFNow, and Frankfurt in PoE. When I login, the in game graph shows 1-3ms ping while I'm in the first town I log into. But as soon as I go to my hideout or any map or any other town, I get 260 ms. Weirdest part is - it shows I'm still in the Frankfurt Realm in both cases.

Occasionally my hideout/map instance has 1-3ms latency, but usually it's 260ms. I tried different gateways, both in game or in GFNow setting - still same issue.

I am posting it in the bug section, as I believe it has something to do with instance creation.
