Intel Core i7-13650HX vs Intel Core i9-13980HX for PoE

Hey guys, need help - choosing new laptop for for PoE, atm my choice is Asus Rog Strix G18. Cant decide which CPU I shoul pick - i7-13650HX or I i9-13980HX . Ofc 13980 is way better, but I'm kinda worried about overheating in laptop even with undervolt. I heard PoE is CPU intensive, so how well 13650 could handle it at 1440p and 144hz? Any advice is welcome!
