i did not get my 200 points from buying the first blood starter pack

last night i bought the first blood pack and the 50 points pack to buy a costume and i logged onto the game to only see my 50 points and not the 200 points I bought. i have troubleshooted this all night. my sony account name is pokie2024 and i did contact sony but they said its the game company's fault pretty much. I know you cannot really give me a refund but you could make my account have the 200 points it is supposed to have.
