Inquisitor stationary but no consecrated ground

I'm playing rf inquisitor with pious path for consecrated ground and es regen.
However I have noticed that sometimes after doing jun encounters I am stationary but my es starts to degen all the way to 0, this is due to the fact that I am not on consecrated ground even though I am stationary as you can see on the screenshot :

I've managed to reproduce this bug consistently and to do this I basically stand still during the encounter and hold right click to throw fire traps at syndicate members until they all die.
The consecrated ground is up for the whole fight but once its over it starts to count down from 4s because the effect lingers for 4s until it turns off.
This only seems to happen after syndicate encounters, it doesn't happens with bosses or essence monsters for example.
