POE 2 Boss scaling their difficulty and rewards for endgame activity Idea

Hello i just watched exilcone gameplay few times and i got some idea for endgame activity that can be easy obtained in case of technical implementation and it can give a lot of fun.

Bosses in po2 are amazing, and difficult but like devs said they are optional activity in campain. My idea is to give them difficulty tiers like normal (campaign) -> Hard -> Very hard -> etc. Scaling their difficulty and rewards giving players opportunity to come back and farm them for better loot than in campaign difficulty.

Like we saw in d4 some playerbase was upset they can't farm andariel and some other meaningfull bosses like in d2. This Idea will give some playerbase an amazing endgame activity and those bosses won't be just an campaign do and forget thing.

It would be cool if on like a hell difficulty the entire world could be like WT4 in D4 where the whole world becomes good for farming. Not suggesting lvl scaling that sucks. More like Hell difficulty in D2 lvl 85 areas but instead the entire hell difficulty is a lvl 85 area. That way the entire campaign becomes scaled for lvl 100 character.

I do like the way you can traverse the world in D2 and D4 and feels like a real place and still bosses like Andariel and Mephisto were good for farming over and over.

I also like Worldstone Keep and Chaos Sanctuary as they were great to full clear too.

It's nice to have a sense of the game world feeling like a real place. Going travincal for gold farm hitting up a pindle etc. I like farming like this.

Well level scaling what you talking is bad as we saw in d4 there is a problem to aquire low lvl items.

By scaling Bosses difficulty i mean some sort of entry keys that can change boss rush difficulty like lab runs in Poe 1 Cruel - 33lvl -> Merciless - 55lvl -> Eternal 75lvl etc. that scale boss difficulty and rewards

In case of reward i have another idea, in Exilcon we saw 700 new basetypes for items. They said there will be less loot so players will struggle to find that basetype they want specially when there is no big target farming mechanics in game.

My idea is to give bosses few basetypes loot possibilities that are more likely to drop from this specific bosses.

Like Blackjaw drops just 100% str basetypes and 75% str 25% int and 75% str 25% dex,

Zicoatl Warden drops just int basetypes like 100% int, 75% int 25% dex and 75% int 25% str.

Becouse rares are reworked to point they are more usefull ( wand can't roll phys mods is example" and they are harder to find in Poe 2 so a little bit of target farming will give some control of loot they drop.

This is good solution for problems that will appear after adding 700 new basetypes with no good target farming mechanic and it will be good endgame activity for boss running enjoyers.

Players will get more power to beat harder bosses at higher difficulties in result they drop better specific basetypes and have more chance to get good rolled rare/unique for their build than rushing maps for currency farming to buy them or hoping for lucky drop exactly this basetype.

What u think about this Idea?
