Constant 100% GPU usage since latest update

Since the engine update, simply launching the game instantly sets my GPU usage to 100%. This locks up my whole computer and skyrockets the temperature of my card, making it hard to actually show the performance problems. I have tried changing all different types of settings and nothing seems to have made any difference.

The card in question is an RTX 3060ti, specifically the ASUS DUAL-RTX3060TI-O8G-V2, with the most recent drivers installed. The system has 16GB of ram, and a rather out of date ryzen 5 2600 cpu, though the most recent update should have decreased CPU load.

Let me know if there is any more information that's required to help fix this.

I would love to see this fixed, because as it stands I cannot play the game at all, and cant really even launch it without risking my card's health. Thanks!

I'm not playing on a high end rig but not a potato rig either (i7-8800k/GTX2070)

Same issues, no changes to the graphic settings change anything about the unplayability of the current state of the gane.

EXACTLY the same problem i'm having!

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics, 12 CPU's, 3,9ghz, 16gb RAM

These were the best settings in game i could find to aliviate the problem:

Renderer: DirectX11
V Sync: Adaptive
Triple-Buffering: Enabled
Antialiasing: OFF
Lightning: Shadows (default)
Shadow Quality: Low (default)
Sun Shadow Quality: High (default)
Number of Lights: Medium (default)
Bloom: 99%
Depth of Field: Disabled (default)
Water detail level: High (default)
Texture Quality: Medium
Texture Filtering: 2x
Dynamic Culling: Enabled
Dynamic Resolution: Enabled
Target Framerate: 60
Engine Multithreading: Enabled (default)

The settings that helped me the most were enabling Dynamic Culling Plus targetting the framerate to 60 (at 60 the graphical quality decreases largely)

Still, i get permanent 100% GPU usage and the game crashes after playing for a while (due to constant stutter + high GPU usage i'd assume)

Right now i can't risk playing the game in it's current state.
I also have a 3060 and experiencing a ton of latency/stutters/freezes. I don't have the maxing out of GPU usage though.


Just as Reborn mentioned, Dynamic culling ON seems to have helped with the lag when influence monsters/strongbox monsters spawn. Still having a lot of issues loading floor tiles
For further clarification, dynamic culling and resolution improve performance slightly, taking me up to around 50fps (obviously at the cost of being able to see anything lol). However, no setting change at all, dynamic resolution and culling included, lowers my GPU usage below 100%.
Quick update, after a bunch more troubleshooting I found that setting the renderer to dx11 caused the GPU usage to return to normal levels, but caused my CPU instead to shoot to 100% usage. However, it seems as though it managed to actually rebuild the shader cache and has now normalised, though switching back to vulcan causes the GPU usage to skyrocket again. I left it on for a while and even after the shaders for an area had been compiled nothing changed, so I believe its an issue with that renderer specifically now. Though the 100% CPU usage in dx11 also probably shouldnt be happening.
