PC: Windows 11 invalid vector subscript

Hello

When I attempt to launch POE I receive a message stating that there is an "invalid vector subscript." The only options is to click okay. The message goes away and the game doesn't launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled POE and the message persists. Please let me know if more information is needed from me to assist with fixing this issue.
