Make room for Ultimatum Aspects in the Fragment Stash Tab

With the consolidation of Breachstones, the Timeless Splinters/Emblems section could be folded into the Breach section of the Fragment Stash Tab. By doing so, room would be freed up to accommodate the Ultimatum Aspects in a central position. This change would keep related items thematically together (four-part-map-fragments with their ilk, and splinters with splinters) and enhance the usability and organization of the stash tabs imo.
