New MTX "Observer Diamond Flask Effect" bug

There is a bug with the "Observer Diamond Flask Effect", a flask MTX from the new Devoted Disciple Supporter Pack.

This flask MTX works fine with mageblood, keeping up the "Observer effect" 100% of the time. However, when I use some MTX Life Flask (Raincaller Life Flask; Bloodcaller Life Flask; Verdant Raincaller Life Flask), the "Observer effect" disappears.

When that happens, even if u remove the lifeflask mtx, or unequip the flasks, or unequip and re-equip the mageblood, the "observer effect" won't show up again, and the only solution I found is to leave the area and return again.

Note: There is no problem using normal life flasks, only those MTX life flasks that I mentioned before.
