Need Suggestions For Physical SST

Hello Friends

I am planning to get %40 damage enchanment on my helmet for Spectral Shield Throw. But as i see, my damage is lacking. Any other suggestions to improve.

Seething Fury and Emperors Vigilance are pretty much mandatory imo if you want to end up with decent dps.

Your build is quite a mess honestly. It looks to me that you are using a belt whose only purpose is to put you on Low Life (while carrying a ton of downsides for this) and the only purpose of the Low Life is to allow your Replica Last Resort to work. On top of this, you are using the Jugg ascendancy that doubles the armour from your chest piece but your chest piece has very little armour.

The first change I would make that isn't expensive is to get a Goblinedge (just make sure you don't have a way of getting Frenzy/Power charges) to replace your claw. The only roll on that sword you want is the attack speed one. That is way better than your claw because you also don't need that belt to use it. The belt slot I would swap to either Ryslatha's coil or Magnate. After that, if you plan to keep Unbreakable, I would get a chest piece that has a lot more base armour (3000+ if you can afford it).

I am not sure how Goblinedge will help. You see right hand slot weapon doess not affect SST damage unless it has global effect. There are better options than Goblinedge. Replica last resort has a huge bonus to attack speed, accuracy and damage. local speed on weapon has no use. Before that i used The Dark Seer Shadow scepter. It was quite good but Last resort is still better. I will change the weapon back to Dark Seer Scepter and add Ryslata's Coil and see what happens.

You are right about my ascendency point. I will change it.

Goblinedge's attack speed and crit chance are both global and that's because they are conditional (conditional on you not having gained charges). They are not local to the weapon. I've done low budget SST before and Goblinedge beats anything else you can use until you start going double phys as extra elemental rapiers (which is much more expensive and not pure phys). Your claw's 200% increased damage is CLAW damage, not generic, so that won't help you. You already have enough accuracy for 100% hit chance, so that's not helping you that much (all you are getting there is the piddly amount of scaling for Undeniable). All you are primarily getting is the attack speed, which Goblinedge also gives you except the sword gives it w/o needing that belt AND you get a pile of crit chance (30 implicit, 60-80 explicit, all of which is also global) on top.

There's a reason I said that specific weapon and not just any weapon with high attack speed.

I found one of the guys I played using this tech. Don't have the SST anymore but this character is Shield Crush, which basically scales mostly the same (except I use Multistrike and the like whereas you'd use the projectile supports). This character is also pure phys so despite having some expensive gear, Goblinedge was still best in slot for me. Feel free to check it for anything that might help you improve your guy. Note I am Perseverance belt because I'm a Champion. You are a Jugg and would be better served with the belts I recommended.

Edit: I should add, if some of the masteries chosen make no sense it's because when they updated masteries, standard characters got random ones sometimes. I don't play standard and simply didn't bother updating them on my characters. So if the guy interests you such that you want to know what masteries I would've picked, feel free to ask.
