Nature's Adrenaline For pathfinder says it gives 3 flask charges every 3 seconds but it only gives 2

Your bow's Crucible tree includes "20% reduced flask charges gained", and you don't appear to have anything compensating for that reduction. That may be why you're only gaining 2 charges instead of 3.
