The Canada (East) Realm has been in a state of (?) for more than a month now.

I live in this region, yet it is telling me that connecting to this gateway yields a delay of +250ms, similar to that of South Africa, and Singapore realms.

Is this being worked on? I can't find any information.

I am in New Brunswick.

It say's 28ms. for me.

Think it's in Montreal.

That's even more mind boggling to me. I should be closer to the server than you, yet the server pings back '?' instead of an actual number.

Also note I have literally not logged in since a few days after the destruction patch until I hear stuff is fixed so maybe it is "???".

This also sounds like a port needs to be opened, or Firewall issue,...

Going to assume you have tried turning off the computer,... then un-plugging the modem/router for 5+ mins., then plug it back in, and wait until you know everything is back online,... then turn the PC. back on.

Make sure to do it exactly as I said, or certain things do not get flushed/cleared.

Yeah, I've done this several times since it began. Still receiving a ping of '?'ms.

I *never* noticed it before seeing this post, and I live a couple of minutes from Montreal. Once I'm in the game though, my latency is between 8 and 10 milliseconds.

So ya, why the "?" if all other servers show actual pings?

Interesting, but yes you should be under 10ms. in game if near Montreal, Canada.

I get 28-32 in Fredericton, New Brunswick in game.

I get 30-35 on Washington port. Might try that one out to see if more players around town other than me, and the same three other guys always lol.

I have never really looked at that list. I will hop on, and open that tonight, but on the F1 metric graph in game I get 28-32 as stated so all good.

I have the exact problem DiGG shows in his screenshot. My Canada(East) has a ? under Ping. Problem is, I live right next to Montreal, so that's the only server I can use without frustrating & possibly character killing lag.

I never had a problem with the server until about a week ago when I got thrown out of the game when trying to enter a new area. After trying again and again to enter new areas, always with no success, I realized the Canada (east) server has a ? ping. So I've been trying to play on the Washington server, but the lag is just too much for a non-frustrating gaming experience.

Is the Canada(East) server down? If not, why can't I play on it?
Can anyone help me with this please?

UPDATE!

I just logged back in the game, and just to try it, I selected Canada(East) with ? ping as the server. And everything worked just fine! Despite the ? ping, there was no lag, no disconnect when trying to enter a new instance, I could play the game normally.
