latency issues

I wanted to play poe again after few weeks of break, but when i patched it and started i somehow have high latency in towns and in maps it is stable around 300ms but in hideout i have around 40ms like before. I tried to change some ingame setings like lowering graphics and also clearing game cache and reinstalling the game, but nothing helped. Also tried udate graphics drivers and changed some of firewall setting for my avast antivirus, but still could not find solution to my problem.

I would appreciate any advice. :)
