Poe2 is doing what diablo 2 was back in the days and even more..

Redefining and upscaling the definition of rpg, specificly hack and slash rpg.

I played diablo2 when it came out and it was superb feeling.

Poe 2 manages to exceed that in a way.

-Both graphicaly and creative wise and i bet the audio will be a new bar for all next games similar to diablo.

10/10 for the developers for the creation of path of exile 2.

And i suppose poe1 will remain as classic playable game for whoever wants the just play as before.

Very well done.

I didn't see anything revolutionary about it tbh. Gameplay is generic MMO style with dodge rolls and skill rotations while itemization will be POE standard with trees and gems. Nothing new there.

This is simply false. There are no rigid skill rotations because very few of the skills have cooldowns. There are combos that are good and there’s situational skill use - but it is very much not “follow this exact sequence of moves in a loop”.

yea seems they want people to do mathil gameplay style.
combos, and all poe2 as far been with bad gear and skills not powered up.
cooldowns as diablo4 did it, really ruined the gameplay.
Glad GGG designed it better
Skill rotations are nothing more than optimized setups of combos, the moment you put combo's with beneficial effects in a game people will figure out optimal combinations and gameplay will result in rotating through those combos. Cooldowns have little to do with it.
