Loot Filters Folder + Onedrive Problem

Randomly started the game today to notice i had a ton of resolution problems, loot filters not working, couldnt change settings. Noticed my documents folder was all being directed to One Drive so i moved all the folder out of onedrive and uninstalled it, but now none of my loot filters work and its creating the "My Games" folder in the steam main folder and other weird chinese folders that also have the "My Games' Folder in them
