Stuck in loading screen

Since the patch I cannot play, I log in and pick a character, but the loading screen is like 15 mins long, then if I change zones, same thing, this game has become unplayable for me, I have spent about a decade playing and have spent a lot of money on this game, please fix this, and stop ignoring the people who got you where you are.

Minimal sys. requements before patch: 8gb ram + ryzen3 with integrated graphics
Minimal system requements after patch: 16gb ram + MSI GeForce RTX 4090 + Intel Core i9.
