Interaction of Trauma stack and reflected damage
Hi after some testing with Trauma stacks from Boneshatter and Bramblejack
Plate Vest its seem that damage taken from gainig Trauma stack cannot be reflected back to yourself. Can someone explain to me why? From what i can see the Trauma stack acording to wiki: "The damage taken per Trauma stack counts as a hit" and you can only reflect damage from hits also the damage is Physical and its definitely taking place in Melee range therfore the mod from Bramblejack: "1000% of Melee Physical Damage taken reflected to Attacker" should reflect the damage. Is it because it reflect damage to "Attacker" and the source of hit taken is not player but Trauma stack buff itself? Taking place "in Melee range" does not change whether the damage source is Melee or not. Otherwise, a point-blank Fireball cast could be Melee damage.
Melee damage is, as the Bramblejack modifier suggests ("reflected to Attacker"), a form of Attack damage. This is mentioned on the Wiki on the "Damage" page, where the "Melee Damage" page will also send you. Trauma hits, but its hit is neither Attack or Spell damage. |

Thank you

Its because you can't reflect off reflected damage to avoid feedback loops
