macOS: switching from windowed to fullscreen destroys performance

Playing on macOS 13.4.1 (c) on an Intel MacBook Pro in Windowed Mode creates decent FPS and latency, comparable for me to before the newest patch.

But enabling Fullscreen Mode slashes FPS to a tenth and increases latency at the same time by a factor of 10. Same setting otherwise. I prefer fullscreen as I cannot accidently resize my game window at a bad moment.

EDIT: the performance indicators also claim I am not using any GPU, though I know I have a dedicated one. No idea if that is just a display issue or anything. I haven't found a way to select the graphics mode anyways.
