Cannot change renderer

Why can I not select a different renderer? Is this a bug due to the latest patch? I believe I used to be using Vulkan but I haven't had to change it in such a long time I can't be sure.

Have you recently reinstalled your Windows?
I had the same problem yesterday after a clean install. Visual C++ 2008 / 2015 package was missing for some unknown reason... After I downloaded it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145 I could change to Vulkan again.. |

I hadn't recently re-installed windows.
I believe I was able to change to Vulkan again after the latest AMD driver update. It could have been something else though... |
