Summon Skeleton (99% reduce duration, 10% cdr) do not disappear after a few cwdt loop

I am making a CWDT loop with the following condition:
1. Heartbound Loop (20% phy quality) x1 2. 10% increased cooldown recovery rate 3. 99% reduced skeleton duration 4. Shield: Divergent CWDT (lvl 3/ 28q) + Anomalous Summon Skeleton (lvl 11/ 58q) + Anomalous Minion Speed (lvl 19/ 28q) 5. Olroth's Resolve up, Full Life and Mana, 0 armour I do this test in my hideout. After weapon swap (turn off spectral spirit), the loop works as usual for few round. It then stop working, and 4 summon skeletons remain alive for a couple of seconds. I have counter checked with other sources (PoB). The skill duration is perfectly match with the CWDT CD (0.231 rounded up to the nearest server tick) and with 100% uptime. And most importantly, the Summoned Skeletons didn't disappear !!!
