Has anyone made "It That Fled" appear?

Ive run about 40 Jun missions now trying to get "It That Fled" to appear.

I send people out of the "Investigation" as often as possible and I've done the Mastermind 3 times to reset the whole thing, but she (It) is not appearing?

I know changes were made to her rewards. Not sure they are worthwhile now, so just wondering if people are seeing her at all?

There are always 3 members (if I recall the number correctly) not on the board for the Immortal Syndicate.

The only way to bring in members not on the board is to reset the board by beating the Mastermind, or removing people from the Syndicate--a possible bargain option for the last member of an encounter, or a possible bargain option when the last two members of the encounter...I'm not sure if it's there when they trust each other, are rivals, or both.

I don't think your experience is that uncommon, but I don't have numbers to back that up either.

Yea, not seeing her in 3 resets and perhaps 7-8 (cant remember exactly) removal of other members is somewhat unlikely if all members have the same chance of appearing, but it is not impossible of course.

That is why I wanted to know if someone else have seen her to eliminate it being a bug.

I have seen her and obtained her "bonus" a few times too. She is still around.
