How to share my poe account profile

I want to share my POE profile with some friends but I don't know how to do it and my profile appears private to them.

Your profile isn’t set to private, so giving them https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/PitSalas should be enough.
Maybe they need to delete their browser’s cache or use a different browser? But I wouldn’t have thought so… Today… by divine decree… your patch of Excel, begins.
