Is Sunder skill considered Physical Damage?

Is Sunder considered Physical Damage?

I was planning on getting some increased physical damage on passive skills.

It does whatever damage your weapon does. So if you have a phys weapon and you aren’t converting phys to elemental or chaos it’ll do phys damage.

In general, for every attack(not spells though), you start with your weapon’s damage, then any additions apply(some skills add extra phys or elemental damage), then conversions apply to turn some damage types into others(some skills convert damage, sunder does not).

Also, with conversion, modifiers to any damage type the damage has been still apply. So if you convert your physical damage to lightning, modifiers that increase your physical damage still help you.
