Idea for path of exile 2 summoner/necromancer feature ( Book of specters)

Hi i love the skill raise spectre and i was thinking. what if we had a catalog where we could browse all the specters we raised and from that catalog we could select them and raise them at will .
the catalog would include name, atributes,abilities, pasives,stats (and other things about them) and the locations where the enemy can be found to be raised as spectre and that way add them to the collection.
because theres curentli no reliable way to see enemy abilities,pasives and stats i think this would be great adition to the sumoner/necromancer class. and even non necro clases would benefit from this because they could inspect the enemy to be better prepared if they face dificulties with some enemies
i think a cool name for this feature would be Book Of Specters (or Grimoire Of Specters alternativeli if the way to unlock the specter as sumon was just to kill the enemy it could be called Necronomicon (book of the dead)). this would allow great utilization of the raise specter skill

they have the bestiary already, a similar system for other content and monster-types would not be a terrible idea as an in-game resource not only for a particular skill but to understand the enemy and adjust your builds accordingly for the content you're headed towards.

an incredible amount of work would be required depending on the depth of the information you would want for each monster.

almost every ability they have is worded in a funny way as well if you wanted the skill information exposed they would have to re-name a lot of skills though the naming scheme to make all of that fit is already in place ex: Enforcer_Omega_beam instead of Omega-Banana-godbeam or whatever they have for a lot of skills.

if we still had catarina it might make sense for her to take care of a spectre library but she's betrayed us and now we don't have anyone representing the undead anymore.

She took all her specter knowledge we gained for her over the years with her too...what a plagiarizing and stingy b-

im sure they could make it work .poe devs are pretty creative . for example we (or some other character) could find the book(or clue about its location) and say catarina owned the book and say that its mostly empty but they get the feeling it reacts to souls of killed enemies (so when you kill the enemy the soul gets added to the book and becomes avaible for spectre skill summon,) . when the enemi is killed it will not apear as its champion version (magic/rares etc.) in the book but as the basic version . it would be cool if there was a chapter explaining the champion abilities in detail (would be filling in as you kill them). as you said most of the information about the enemies is in the game so they would not need to do it from scratch . they could get some inspiration from einhart bestiari to structure the thing based on categories . the bigest slice of work would be to actuali put the hundreds of enemies in i quess
