"Wicked ward" Keystone-triggerd/affected by ?

Hey guys, im quite new but managed to level up to almost lvl 60 as Templar by now.
I wanne refine my build and points gets scarce, as well as lack of detailed knowledge.

Does wicked ward energy regeneration also decreaseses
1)"safeguad of the block mastery" : recover 50 energy shield
recover = regeneration or different?

2) Pioth path (templar)
- does it´s energy regeneration of the consecrated ground also triggers/starts the energy regeneration ? = wicked ward would enable it to heal "completly", even when i leave the pioth path stance?

3) Divine shield = "regenerate 3% of .... as ES"
= this would get harmed by "wicked ward" by 40% less regeneration (right?)
+but would it also trigger the actual ES-regeneration and therefore be an option afterall?, while moving through a dungeon (pro vs con)

Wicked Ward manipulates the ES recharge rate, meaning ES regeneration isnt affected.

Those are 2 different mechanics

Recover, regeneration, and recharge are 3 different things. Wicked Ward only affects the last of these.
