This could be Innsbury Edge's insanity voicelines. Were you using one at the time?

The chat message is generated through the hidden "insanity" buff. Purple Chakra already mentioned Innsbury Edge as an option but there's also a sextant modifier "Areas are alluring" with a similar effect.
