Progenesis enchantment

Is there consensus on what the best enchantment for the progenesis flask is amongst the most experienced players?
I have seen "use when you take a savage hit", "reuse after flask effect" and one given by an enkindling orb, giving it 70% more effect... What would you recommend, I'm torn between my choices.
