I have a jewel installed that says corrupted blood cannot be inflicted, and I am using three Eternal Life flasks which are supposed to grant immunity to bleeding and corrupted blood for 15/13/12 seconds each... the flasks seem to remove the issue (for an instant), but it gets re-inflicted immediately, so I assume that the times for immunmity to bleeding and corrupted blood on the flasks don't do anything other than remove the issue for a moment? Is that correct? Because I assume by using them I should get 15 seconds at a time of immunity per use and clearly that is not happening...

This boss is the only one in the game who actually punishes player for damaging it too quickly, but not quickly enough to oneshot. More clones and degen stacks appear as boss life lowers, and it is non-bleeding phys degen, which few layers of defenses are effective against.
So either oneshot it in 0.1 sec, or go very slowly and rush to kill each clone as they appear |
