I bought Lithomancer Supporter Pack but items havent arrived

Yesterday evening i bought the Lithomancer Supporter Pack for 30USD I've got the points right away (and the system messege about the purchase) but the bear and ring i have no idea where they are. either i don't know how to get them or they haven't arrived at my account. Hi there, everything looks to have been successfully added to your account, you should be able to find the other items in your Microtransaction Stash.
