Will PoE 2 have an in-game transmog system added?

With the new character rigging,new graphics and updated 3d art,will we finally see an in-game transmog system in 4.0?

The current disposable skin transfers are a pretty bad implementation of transmog as far as current gaming goes.

Is this one of the outdated things GGG is going to hold onto for their next iteration of the game?

I asked a Moogle but he just flew away grumbling about being late for a delivery.
