How selling works when you get premium stash tab

Hey guys I want to sell my unique weapons I'm new and I don't know what happens when you list your item for sale in game where does it show up at?

They'll appear there.
If people want to buy it from you they'll then whisper to you. You have to invite them to party and they'll come to your hideout. You take the item out from the stash and then right click the person and trade.
Always check that you're given right amount of currency.

If the other person cancels the trade because "wrong amount of currency" always recheck instead of just clicking accept.

Not really. The only way to sell an item faster is to set a lower price than other people sell it for and even then it might not be an item that people want.
