Account banned again

Hello my new account got banned created there thread like week ago that i got banned for Terms of use and i can create new account so i only used Poe awakaned trade and poe acquisition(so i think this was a reason of ban ) so i didnt used it on clear acccount to see if i still gonna be banned and guess what today my account is banned again ? When i didnt used single program on it only played all game clear now i see you banning people for no reason to buy mtx on new accounts ...

I contacted you already and i got again same message that i can create new account and got banned for no reason again im done with it... So you just want me to buy mtx get banned and create new account hope people gonna see it and gonna create posts on reddit too ... Because on this account i didnt used poe awakaned trade and poe acquisition to see if i still gonna be banned...

And dont know what i can do now last time got same message like week ago played on this acc leveled my char and got banned so on this account didnt used single program not even POE awakaned trade to give you any reason to ban me for and you still banned my account so you got caught that you banning people for no reasons ...

" Breach of ToS is differant then 3 party software. Remember I already told you about the problem with "vendor" software for mouse and keyboard..... When you appealed your BAN by e-mailing banappeals@grindinggear.com, what reply did you get and what information did you give them ? Question.: Are you streaming PoE when you play ? Are you making any kind of youtube videos about your PoE play ? Are you doing any kind of "public information" about your PoE play like your "own" web site and so on ? Again you never did say why you got banned in your other post. Was it all "breach of ToS" or ??? No man i read this terms of use 7 point and i do nothing from this... Last time i got banned you replied me i can be banned for poe awakaned trade or poe acquisition so this account i played without single program etc. and still got banned when i just played clear game without single program... So its 100% ban for nothing because i caught them i didnt opened single time program on this account ... And i dont stream poe/youtube videos etc...

If ban happened the moment you hit lvl 40 on your first character per account, it is likely automatic. I have seen a number of people here saying they got banned at exact same moment. And it is hard to imagine they all scammed or heavily traded because you hardly have anything valuable at all at the time. GGG is the only company I know who auto-bans first and then lets you hang in 4 week cooldown while replying with copypasted placeholders. I also got banned for false reason back when first created this account.

But again, nothing can be done via the forum and it you get told from banappeals that they will not lift the BAN, then I would "take the hint" and stop playing. GGG clearly don't want you as a customer. No man i was having 96lvl and played some days not automatic...But its no sense to talk with them on emails because they said not gonna reply about this problem anymore to me ... Played like 20 years of game and this support is the worst from all games thats all ...They writing i can create new account i created them and getting banned for no reason lossing my time etc... Im not dumb to create new account and still do something illegal and lose my time ... Sry for bad english
