Ctrl R, Ctrl W, Ctrl E and Ctrl R not working.

Ctrl T is the only one working. Can assign all the same skills one by one to Ctrl T but wth???
Was in my hideout, when I switched a piece of gear out that kept me alive when RF was burning me. My life slowly drained and then all the auras turned off. But when I tried to turn on the auras, the buttons they were assigned to stopped working. Like I said I can get all the skills to work at the same time, IF I switch them all on the Ctrl T button.
