Problem with Legion Encounters

I have in the atlas skill tree, the Legion nodes, and the Harvest nodes.
I use legion scarabs and wont spawn the legion encounter. I checked, that the only spawn i allowed via atlas skill tree, are the meta, harvest and legion encounters. Harvest spawn, meta spawn (without use scarab) but legion wont spawn. Im losing something about synergies or what? why dont spawn? Last bumped on May 27, 2023, 4:23:40 PM

i just used 1 rusted legion scarab, and spawned.....

Just a question but do you have Stream of Consciousness allocated on Atlas tree?cause that would disable all scarabs from working.

Growing Hordes - Scarabs instead grant % increased Pack Size.

it might have just happened to spawn Legion but if you have Growing Hordes it won't force it to spawn.
