Regal Orb Disappearing

I've not been able to confirm with any video though have just realized the Regal Orbs being placed into the premium currency tab are disappearing. All I know should be mentioned shall be below.


Premium currency tab
4 Regal Orbs inside tab
New orb(1) added to stash from inventory via ctrl+click with the currency tab open.
Regal Orb count remained at 4.

Map was the Luxurious Hideout.
The Atlas was active with portals to a completed map.(Lair)

Full stash was searched for Regal Orbs being misplaced though none exist outside the currency tab.

Character at time of error was Vaalwreath level 87 chieftan.
Error occurred at approximately 9:15pm EST

(I wont post the gear, skills, atlas tree and such because they'll probably be useless and still on the character for possibly ever.)

Two things to check:

Are there any Regal Orbs in the slots along the bottom of the currency tab? Those appear to have priority over the normal slot.

In the top-right of the stash, click the options button, and check "Affinity Auto-navigation". Then, take a Regal Orb out of the tab, and Ctrl+Click it into the stash; if it's going to another tab instead of your currency tab, it will navigate you to the tab it's going to instead.

The only orbs are in the correct place inside the currency tab and no affinities have currency selected except for the premium currency tab.

either affinity(or ignore affinity hotkey pressed), or you are using bench crafts that take regal orbs and not realizing it.

I don't craft much because it irritates me and can guarantee the only thing my bench has been used for recently is socket modifications. Affinities don't seem to have anything to do with this as previously noted.

well yes, but in all the cases reported like this. This have been the answer in most the cases and the rest was people doing crafting or using map device options (these uses chaos) but just to make the point.

It's understandable, if it helps I don't care about the orbs being replaced and just want to make sure the game is going okay because it's all about numbers. I have just been running poe lately because D4 stoked the chargen fire again, however I'm a unique addict and only care about conserving my precious collection.

But yeah I imagine it's like a hospital where you've sometimes got people looking for a quick fix.
