Slayer Reave Build Advice

Hello all,

This build I made in 3.19 Kalandra to try out reave and I'm trying to continue it in 3.21 Standard to see how far I can push it as one of my first endgame builds I've done.

I wanted to get some advice on how to improve my reave build prior to investing in the next big upgrades (4-5+ divines in standard trade):

- Aul's Uprising for free Pride -> allow easier purity of elements for easier
gearing
- Thread of Hope for more damage nodes in passive tree + Vaal Pact for leech
more sustain
- Unnatural Instinct for easier resists in passives to free up gear for more
damage
- Watcher's Eye for impale upgrades
- More spell suppression on gear or passive tree
- curse ring or gloves to free up sockets for other damage boosts
- blood rage rolled paradoxica to free up more sockets

Currently the build can do alch and go T15 maps but struggles on T16 bosses and surviving pinnacle bosses long enough for me to learn their mechanics. I'm feeling stuck because further improvements in gear are entering 1+ divines in cost and more profitable content I can readily access feels extremely rippy.

My atlas is currently specced into Incursion, Heist, and Blight. Any advice on more efficient currency-making league mechanics for a reave build?

Here is my thoughts on quick look:

-Rings need IAS and phys to attacks and -mana cost
-gems to 21/20 and Awakened gems
-i would swap rage to impale support and check the change to impale is 100%.
-Helm enchant (assassin mark)
-Crit body armor
-amulet crit+crit multi
-drop double strike setup
-Vaal Ancestral Warchief - maim - ancestral protector - multiple totems
-i would anoint panoception, its good with totems
-pride, herald of purity, precision as main auras, then fill what you prefer
-shield need t1 IAS
-bottled faith

Every magic item is basically damage (IAS, phys, crit/crit change) and then max life and resists. I think this kind of build cannot go for spell suppression, maybe in really high budget. Offensive is your defence.
Hey masterburger1,

Thanks for the feedback. I'm still used to playing melee builds that need as much defense as possible. Working my mind around damage = less damage taken is still a challenge. Will work on retooling the items for more crit + AIS.
